FBA is a monthly, Zoom-based (no fee) roundtable that allows participants from anywhere in the world to anonymously hear from, and speak with, others who are considering joining, are working in, or might be thinking about leaving their family business. 

Participants may attend FBA meetings without turning on their camera, speaking, or displaying their name. No registration is required. The meetings are not recorded.

FBA is designed to focus exclusively on individual family members who find themselves stuck, uncertain, experiencing conflict, or simply dissatisfied working in their family-run enterprise.

For those whose family businesses are  working with a consultant, FBA provides an opportunity for individual concerns, needs, values, and goals to be explored and discussed independently prior to, or in addition to, sharing them with their family consultant.

Michael Klein co-founded Family Business Anonymous with family business members in 2021. He and his co-faciliator are passionate about helping others learn they are not alone in managing often complex situations and feelings related to working alongside family.
